Packaging and Shipping

All purchases on our website can only be shipped in India at the moment. But if you live outside India and like an artifact please send us an enquiry on support@thebluetrunkindia.in or whatsapp us on +918104345818 and we will get back to you.

The prices of all artifacts listed on our website are inclusive of GST and domestic (within India) shipping charges for weights up to 5kgs, regardless of whether it is based on actual weight or volumetric weight. However, if your artifact exceeds 5kgs in either actual or volumetric weight, there will be additional shipping charges which can be paid at the time of your purchase. Once your transaction is complete, we'll be in touch to provide you with the details for shipment. Typically, orders are dispatched within 5 working days(public holidays and Sundays not included) of receiving payment. However, if an item requires customization, there may be a slight delay. In such cases, our team will keep you informed of any exceptions or delays. Your satisfaction is our priority.
